Child of the Myriad

The Child of the Myriad tells the story of Iridian, a grasslander man banished from his village as a boy when a dangerous magic awakens within him and he begins speaking with the voices of the spirits. Struggling to survive as a hermit in the wilds, he attracts the attention of a pair of demons who plan to use him to open a portal into the Netherworld.

In an effort to save himself, Iridian flees northward to the great desert city of Amu Gardaan. He finds, however, that danger lurks in cities and that his troubles have only just begun.

The Child of the Myriad is complete at 125,000 words.

I will soon create and post an excerpt of the Child of the Myriad here, although what with making paint videos and writing, I don’t know when I will find the time!
